Postpartum is by far the hardest chapter of my life. Hugging myself and being gentle whilst simultaneously scratching my skin off in self deprecation.

Hair falling out, feeling alien in my own body, in a constant state of stress- all while staring at the most precious creation with nothing but gratitude for what my body was capable of doing.
