Me, where I reside after dark.
It was so sunny outside today that I had to make some kind of balance to the world again. This is my view of Schwarzwald, when travelling through it by train and rain.
Acoustic location devices were used by military services from mid-World War I to the early years of World War II for the passive detection of approaching enemy aircraft by listening for the noise of their engines. These typically consisted of large acoustic horns attached to stethoscope-type earphones worn by monitors.

The japanese war tuba was rendered obsolete before and during World War II by the introduction of radar, which was far more effective.
Dear Esther
I know many of you out there, just like myself, are not that fond of video games, but if you are more fond of story telling, ambience and music this really is for you. Dear Esther is somewhat of a ghost story but not in the traditional horror way. It is more of a story which is told to you as you dwelve deeper in the mind of a dying explorer. Rather than traditional game-play the focus here is on exploration, uncovering the mystery of an island, of who you are and why you are here. Fragments of story are randomly uncovered when exploring the various locations of the island, making every each journey a unique experience. Dear Esther is poetry, music and story telling presented in a new, unique way. The complete soundtrack is also available on spotify
I've begun my voyage in a paper boat without a bottom; I will fly to the moon in it. I have been folded along a crease in time, a weakness in the sheet of life. Now, you've settled on the opposite side of the paper to me; I can see your traces in the ink that soaks through the fibre, the pulped vegetation. When we become waterlogged, and the cage disintegrates, we will intermingle. When this paper aeroplane leaves the cliff edge, and carves parallel vapour trails in the dark, we will come together. I am the aerial. In my passing, I will send news to each and every star.
The worlds of Verne
Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea (French: Vingt mille lieues sous les mers) is a classic science fiction novel by French writer Jules Verne published in 1870. It tells the story of Captain Nemo and his submarine Nautilus, and is also one of my favourite novels of all time. It was also the first book by Verne I read and I instantly fell in love with his worlds that hold such a uniques spirit to them. I also love the old book covers from this period as well and I am continuously adding new books to my collection
The sea is everything. It covers seven tenths of the terrestrial globe. Its breath is pure and healthy. It is an immense desert, where man is never lonely, for he feels life stirring on all sides. The sea is only the embodiment of a supernatural and wonderful existence. It is nothing but love and emotion; it is the Living Infinite. — Jules Verne, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea

The Music of Erich Zann
I have examined maps of the city with the greatest care, yet have never again found the Rue d’Auseil. These maps have not been modern maps alone, for I know that names change. I have, on the contrary, delved deeply into all the antiquities of the place; and have personally explored every region, of whatever name, which could possibly answer to the street I knew as the Rue d’Auseil. But despite all I have done it remains an humiliating fact that I cannot find the house, the street, or even the locality, where, during the last months of my impoverished life as a student of metaphysics at the university, I heard the music of Erich Zann.

"I am Providence"
The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown.
