27.11.24 - Game Day

Position - Sub, Defence

Where - Away, grass pitch, thin and on an incline

Opposition - Li2

Conditions - Extremely Cold

Play - 15 Q2, 15 Q4

Experience

Solid during practice, aim good and more improved catching

Defending improved, stayed on my player unless another defender needed an assist

Successfully crashed and stick checked 2 other players, nearly got possession of the ball

Got nominated for man of the match

Family came to watch me play

How to Improve

Keep working on stick skills and cradling

Keep working on confidence in defence and defensive skills

Activities: Quick Sticks, Quick Sticks Defending, Star Drill and gameplay

Sucesses

Passing and shooting aim was good during star drill

Improving ground Balls

Got possession during gameplay leading to a defensive win

Stayed on my player at all times

20.11.24 - BUCS Debut

Position - Sub, Defence

Where - Home

Conditions - COLD

Play - 7 minutes, final ¼

Experience

Solid on practice - missed 2/6 shots during star drill, extra practice before match with the lovely boyfriend and lk.

challenging defending (2v1) scenario. Did some semi decent - decent blocking whilst on however.

Captain, others on the team and friends who came to watch said I did good, especially for only debut and being at 4 practices/ 3 weeks of training.

How to Improve

Work on developing mid fielder skills to see if I'd be better suited to that.

Keep working on developing defensive skills and improving in that area

Keep practicing cradling
