Shit. I don’t get “high” anymore. Now I just feel semi-normal. Since the normal version of myself escaped long ago and for good reason, this semi-normal shell of me is one that cares less, does less, is less and useless. I am not looking for a pity party, just calling a spade a spade.

In past 6 hours, I have consumed heroin, meth fentanyl, Adderall IR, Valium, temazapam, hydromorphone, and was disappointed with each one of them, like always.

I'm to the point where I hate myself for smoking, never high, just less depressed,but still depressed nonetheless. I don't know if I can or can't handle the real world sober. It's been so long since I've tried. But I know for my sanity I need a break. Fuck having all this empathy. It's the root cause of my depression, yet the only reason I haven't already killed myself years ago.
