No Bake Almond Fudge
Ingredients:
2 cups raw creamy almond butter (unsalted & at room temp)
1/2 cup coconut oil, softened
1/8 teaspoon stevia powder (sweetness to taste)
1 tsp kosher or sea salt
Method:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl, until smooth and creamy.(Paddle attachments on mixers works best.)
Place mixture into an 8X8 pan, lined with wax paper, and smooth over.
Place in freezer to let chill for at least an hour.
Remove fudge by lifting wax paper out of the pan, cut and serve.
