might I ask your opinion on the fan theory that AA and Rookie are related, or in the very least adoptive/found family?
-Both green(?) <- AA used to be pink, actually, so this might not work. Pink is the absence of green in white light, though, so if we squint, perhaps...
-She's either everyone's aunt, or SOMEONE's aunt who keeps referring to her as such to where the entire island calls her that
-Ain't NO WAY Rookie got into EPF after failing the entry exam like 47 something times WITHOUT some kind of referral from higher-ups
-Both wear hats and some form of glasses. Coincidence? I THINK NOT.
-Idk they just seem like squishies of the same family tree :3c

I actually always believed in this theory as a kid hahaha. Nowadays I still love it, although I guess I see it more as them having a family-like relationship rather than being actually related or adoptive family! I would also love it if they were actual family though...
I know there's a thing about Rookie having possibly been raised by crabs? So if that were the case he wouldn't have any penguin family... AA is also said to be "everyone's aunt" in her first appearance❤️ her being an actual aunt is also soo cuuuute though❤️ and I always thought it would make sense that she got Rookie in the EPF because they're family hahaha. Although I guess it's better if he got in by his own efforts instead of being a nepo baby LOLL. But what if she was originally the one who encouraged him to join and kept pushing for him to try again? I keep thinking of so many possibilities haha...
I feel like he's someone she sees a lot of potential in, and with him being probably the youngest among the EPF leadership, she's gotten attached to him in a mentor/older family figure kinda way... And if we took the possibility of him not having any penguin family into account, her becoming that kind of figure for him would be sooo sweet 😢❤️ then, them looking similar would likely make them feel even closer to each other hahaha. Whether that means they're actually related or not
I also really like this theory in the CPI universe. In that game, Aunt Arctic is really patient with Rookie and seems to know him really well... It definitely feels like a family-like dynamic
Overall, it's a really sweet theory that I think about from time to time
