Wie erkläre ich jemandem, dass ich Nähe will, aber sobald sie mir gegeben wird, Panik bekomme? Dass ich mich nach Sicherheit sehne, aber mein erster Reflex ist, wegzulaufen? Dass ich es jedes Mal beende, weil mein Kopf mir sagt, dass sie es sonst tun werden? Dass ich eigentlich so gern eine Beziehung hätte - aber extreme Angst habe vor allem, was ich in anderen Beziehungen gesehen habe? Dass es egal ist, wie perfekt die Person ist - ich würde trotzdem wegrennen, weil Bindung mir mehr Angst macht als das Alleinsein? Dass ich selbst zerstöre, was ich mir am meisten wünsche - bevor es mich zerstören kann?
