Pokémon Aren't Collectables

✨ Hi, I'm Grey (He/Him). Champion rank trainer, and ex-shiny hunter. I'm from Chichester, Galar, but I've been living in Paldea for most of my life.

✨ Naranja-Uva Academy graduate, and owner and founder of a shiny Pokémon rescue centre in Montenevera. I take in shiny Pokémon who were caught for just the novelty of catching a shiny, and were neglected as a result. I also take regular Pokémon who are unable to be released into the wild or given to another trainer.

✨ Most of the shiny Pokémon here are free to a good home, but I'm strict on knowing what kind if environment they're being sent to. Don't want to send them back to square one. Ask for more info.

✨ Shiny hunters CAN interact, but do so at your own risk. Don't discuss shiny hunting on my blog. Shiny Pokémon aren't collectables. They're living, breathing creatures thar need care and love.

✨ DNI if you fuck around regularly in Area Zero. Those Pokémon have already been disturbed enough.

That's lovely, great to hear that another little shiny is in a good home. Not going to think too hard about your username, based on your blog description though it seems to be about just oddities in general and not, y'know, shiny hunting.

Dunno if this counts as an oddity or not, but I enjoy collecting Pokéballs with fucked up paint jobs.

She's gorgeous! Love seeing yellow shinies, they're my favourite for sure. Never seen a shiny altaria in person myself! Such majestic creatures.

Yes, I track down mostly ghosts, cryptids, and other such oddities! Shiny pokemon are fun and rare, but I think I would hesitate to call them odd.

Pokeballs! Oh, that’s fun! I’ve never thought much about pokeballs and their paint jobs. I’ll have to keep an eye out to see if I notice any such abnormalities!

Also. I love, love, LOVE the little noibat on your profile picture 🥺 They look like pistachio ice cream, PLEASE give them a little batty bat kissy for me!

Yeah! I don't use them to hold Pokémon or anything, they don't normally get sold like that, but I pop into Poké Marts on occasion to see if they got any in their recent shipments. Favourite to collect are ultra balls and luxury balls!

Oh, ya mean Spot? I will of course! She's the newest member of my team, and she's already so friendly and social. So extroverted for a noibat! She'll make a fine noivern if she ever shows signs of wanting to evolve.

Hiya! Wanted to ask if there's a list of the pokemon that are up for adoption?
