K I'm stupid I'm sorry, but I really don't get the hq mod, is it there once you download it? or...? ;s

I use this hq mod.

After you download it copy the GraphicRules.sgr file to the Bin folder of your game, the folder should look something like this. If you didn’t change the location your game installs to normally, you should find that folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Binor if its from origin C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.

Though the easiest way to find out where your game is installed is to just search The Sims 3 in My computer / This PC / whatever.

Usually HQ mods only work when you have sim details / textures set to high, I think!

Hello sweet,sweet child ;-; It might be because of this hq mod, I also use this or this and just play around so it gets a tad lighter. And also topaz clean, it makes them way more sharpened but in a cleaner way? This is just with topaz and this is original. ;-; Sometimes hq mods will stop working out of CAS and you have a blurry mess, but topaz is there for you. Probably a good pc will make it better but I’m far too stupid to notice the difference in my case.
