A Little Bit About My OC's
Leonor's a newer OC, so I don't really have his character fleshed out just yet. He attends the same school as Nelly, but they don't really ever cross paths until one day during dismissal, she complimented one of the pins on his backpack (It was Gir from Invader Zim). As each week passed since their first interaction, he began noticing her little by little (across the room or at the other end of the hall, etc). It wouldn't be until he DJ'd at one of Nelly's friend's party that they began to get acquainted with one another. Leonor's personality is very quiet—He likes to fly under the radar at school, but outside of that, he loves making music and DJ-ing. He's a sensitive dude who wears his heart on his sleeve and is keenly aware of his emotions.
She was originally an Aphmau OC for her PDH series. As you could probably tell by her design, she was intended to be a werewolf (The ears became part of a headband she wears, and the tail became a chain she attaches to her skirt). Nelly has a carefree personality in which she isn't afraid of how others perceive her. She wears what she wants, loves to talk about her interests with almost anyone she comes across by, and isn't afraid to stick up for her friends or the people around her. Nelly loves dressing up and expressing herself through clothing (She loves accessories, especially her fake piercings), drawing, and attending parties (but only if it's with people she knows well). She's into nightcore, techno music, and almost anything with fast-paced rhythm.
Snoodlez was originally just a love letter who later on became personified as the feelings in the letter became raw and real. I don't really know how to explain it, but think about how fairies came to be in the Pixie Hollows Movies. In Snoodlez case, she came to life when the writer opened themselves up in their written confession—born from the writer's genuine love for the recipient. There are "Love Guardians" in this world who assign roles to those created by genuine love (It can be written, verbal, or even acts of love such as gift giving). I don't have a hierarchy set, but from lower rank to higher rank, it'd be: Florists and Artisans, Messengers, Observers, and Guardians. Before Snoodlez was Nelly's Observer, she was a Messenger. Messengers are strictly prohibited from interfering or meddling with human relationships and feelings—they're only responsible for delivering letters and gifts. During one of Snoodlez's run, she came across a human who seemed to struggle to understand their feelings towards the idea of love (in romantic sense). Whenever Snoodlez made deliveries either to their house or near where the human lived, she would lend them an ear and occasionally put her two cents in if it was asked by the human. This upset the Guardians. However, there was one who had faith in Snoodlez and wanted to see this through—Whether Snoodlez would make a breakthrough with the human or not. It wasn't easy, and it surely didn't come quick for them both, but surely enough, the human understood themselves better than before with these small sessions with Snoodlez. As a result, Snoodlez was appointed as an Observer by the Guardians.
Character wise, Snoodlez is very passionate and empathetic to those around her. During times when she's very enthusiastic, she'll lead with emotions and then with logic. She's ecstatic to get to know Nelly and do her job to support her, but sometimes her ambitions can blind her from thinking things through. Luckily for Snoodlez, she's not alone in this.
I'm still indecisive about Norah's origins, but I'd like to think she came to be when someone dreamt of achieving personal goals—motivated to reach them even when it seems impossible. She's a personified version of intrinsic motivation. She oversees Nelly's family as that's where she originated from, helping them set goals and understand the "why" behind their drive to achieve their objective. Norah mainly assists in this way by monitoring their dreams while they sleep, occasionally intervening when things look bleak (like Princess Luna from MLP). Norah is confident and hopeful as she empowers others and helps them realize their potential. She stays optimistic and indulges a little bit in unrealistic expectations/goals, but also makes sure it doesn't get to the point where it becomes disconnected from reality. Norah helps Snoodlez stay grounded and keep things realistic, but she also doesn't shoot down Snoodlez's ideas either. They talk it out and work it out together (which wasn't always like that as they often bumped heads with each other when they first met).
