but sometimes, kita perlu menormalisasi "doing the extramiles", entah lembur gak dibayar, bekerja lebih keras daripada yg lain, menerima upah lbh rendah, dst.. untuk memberikan pelajaran bahwa tidak memiliki prioritas atau tidak mengatur prioritas dengan baik itu ada konsekuensinya.

karena semua butuh proses, semua bisa improve, asal mau belajar dari kesalahan.
