Hello, My name is joselly Garcia My experience in dream yard was very fun because I learn a lot staff, how to use the machine and know I have more friends like Patria and Reisy I'm going to miss them a lot. I learned many things I did not know about fashion. I hope to be here next year to do different things. Thanks Nona for help me with the machine Thank you all for teaching us what we now know.
HII My name is Jakeema James but some call me keema for short.
Here at Dream yard it has developed a warming place where people could be them with out some one putting them down and making them feel like they don’t matter. Dream yard shaped me to be me and go bigger with my thinking and to not listen to what anyone says about you. Dream yard REALLY transformed my thinking on art in so many ways. like if i’m sad or mad i could write it out to get all my thoughts and worries off my head. I strengthened my mind, body, soul to know that the sky is the limits!! You have to Enforce your dream and goal to make it happen and make it real. I showcase my best work and had a awarded time at it.
My DreamYard Experience
My name is Fadilta and throughout this program I explored my artistic limits and designed shirts with my own original artwork using different techniques like linocutting and silk screen. This program strengthened my networking by meeting new people and making many friends. It also boosted and encouraged my love for art. Dream Yard was such a lovely and welcoming community in which I could express myself. It reduced my stress and anxiety while there and lifted my mood. It was a great experience in which I loved overall and would continue doing.
An Amazing Summer Experience
Throughout the summer incentive the BAC program learned different art mediums i.e photography, linocutting, silkscreen, and etc. The composite project was my least favorite, but it’s an experience I’ll keep in mind. Outside of Dreamyard a couple of other BAC participants and I collaborated with Art Bridge and Department of Health in order to create murals for the community. Painting a mural from start to finish was pleasing and the end result was satisfying. Through the process of creating the mural, I was pleased to hear the residents optimistic comments about the mural, it left a nice feeling within me. To conclude, this summer experience was spent nicely and I can’t wait to apply for the fall before heading to college.
My Summer Experience
My name is Luz, this summer I had the opportunity to be part of the dream yard art center. On the first day I was nervous and I didn't know what to expect but as the days passed by I ended up actually enjoying every minute of it. Sometimes time passed by so fast that didn't even want to go home because I wanted to finish the project. The teachers, Interns, and my teammates were fun and supportive to be around.

It helped build teamwork and determination and also help makes some good friends along the way.
BAC Summer
Being in Dream Yard these two weeks have been truly memorable. I have been expose to new form of arts such as linoleum cutting and silk screening, which have grew on me quickly. I have also created a family within BAC that I will never forget.
Summer at DreamYard
my experience during the summer at DreamYard Art Center was really great, i enjoyed doing the projects, especially the t-shirts projects and also i enjoyed go to the trips especially the second museum that we visited.

My name is Lillianny but most people call me Lilly for short. I entered dream yard confused, a bit upset and not really wanting to meet new people but throughout the two weeks I ended up actually enjoying it and the people that I was also with, I made a couple of friends that gave me hope and memories that I will never forget. Overall I thought the experience was pretty cool and I’ll miss them dearly.
