I know your work is mainly digital, but do you have any advice or tips for drawing with traditional media such as pencil or ball point pen?

Depends on what you're drawing. I generally do a light sketch of what I'm going to draw in a harder lead pencil before drawing the actual linework. My only other advice would be to not be scared of drawing loosely and quickly, as gestural lines tend to look better than careful calculated ones.
