Do you ever meet someone and wonder how the hell can someone like you exist in the world?

Meeting you was like stepping into a different dimension. It was as if everything I ever knew was irrelevant and all I could do was watch you in awe. I was speechless to say the least, all I wanted to do was watch you and learn. To discover this whole new universe which you seemed to not only reside in, but to rule. Every single word that escaped your lips was like magic and I wanted to absorb it. I wished that I could record you and play it back and study and memorize until I finally understood, but no matter how hard I tried you would always be 3 steps out of my grasp of knowledge. I think that’s why I was so drawn to you. I couldn’t ever understand you let alone get you off my mind. And then you slipped away.

Seriously #harrypotter fucked me over emotionlly. You have Harry whos parents died and his garudians are complete jerks to him, Ron who gets bullied for being underclass financial wise so easy to relate to, and Hermione who often gets put down for being a know it all and also outcasted for having parents who are muggles but it doesn't even stop there. No. Next we're faced with Draco who wants so badly to be the leader much like harry and is pressured on so many angles to work for he who must not be named. All throughout the movies you have to watch him suffer in silence as even his parents force him to do things he clearly doesn't want. And finally you get Severus Snape who lost the love of his life not once but twice and is obligated to be hated and portrayed as the bad guy so that he can protect the only piece of Lily that he has left while also having to bear with the attitude and other qualities Harry inherited from James who used to bully Snape. And all along the magic of it all was so addicting that for 8 freaking movies I sat and let J.K. Rowling break my heart over and over and still begged for more.
