I'm still doing revision today so I'm playing in Codecademy's playground and practicing what I learned so far. My first personal project is a mock portfolio and going through it is making me realize how important CSS is in designing websites. I'm still stuck trying to figure out how to layer everything and I'm using W3Schools as a reference. It doesn't really look good but again practice is key.😊

Today was my last exam, and I passed so I am happy about that. Now I can relax until the next semester comes.

Finished all my projects and I'm getting ready to tackle Javascript. I'm taking a break from coding for the next few days so I can focus more on Spanish. I plan on starting JS this upcoming Monday. Javascript scares me but hopefully things will go well.🤞

Getting to the point in an assignment where the tabs are beginning to overtake all my screens.

10.23.21 | I wonder if there’s a word for the passing of days feeling both fast & interminable at the same time. I’m sure there must be. It’s honestly how I’ve been feeling for the past couple of weeks. While I was able to accomplish a lot of things on my to do lists, every single task just took so much longer than I thought it would. That could either be a testament to how poorly I manage my time, or how unrealistic I am with my daily goals.

Featured above are two of my current reads: American Gods by Neil Gaiman, & The Ballad of Reading Gaol and Other Poems by Oscar Wilde. I’m getting through them slowly as I can only spare an hour or less on reading these days. But no matter how little or how much I read, it always helps to make me feel somewhat saner.
