EATING AIP

I've been having some problems with food allergy and I hope that this new eating routine help me heal naturally. So I created this tumblr for share and keep me focus on my journey with the WHOLE30 and AIP protocol! I will post some recipes and what I'll be eating in the next 30 days. And here's my breakfast! I had a sauteed of sweet potato, cauliflower, kale, parsley, carrot and pieces of beef (I'm still dealing in avoid ghee, are too much things to give up onetime... next time I'll use coconut oil, promise)

Hey, this is my first homemade bone broth. I've read some cases where doesn't gelatin, but I had no problems with it, and I hope that next time still being gelatinous.

Soo yummy! Great replace for coffee. :D
