Marrying a fella with an affinity for cooking is wonderful, especially when he pushes to work together in re-creating my late dad’s “famous” meatball recipe. (One where all I was left behind was a scrap of paper with vague instructions that certainly are missing a handful of steps and ingrdients). 👨🏻‍🍳 🍝 👨🏻‍🍳

Idk if I’d ever subject myself to a 7-Day Cruise (or any cruise rather) again. But one thing I will miss is the absolute melting pot of daddies literally everywhere. Like. My. Goodness.

Grief is funny because like, yesterday was the 13th anni of my dad passing away. However for some reason, it hit me like a sack of bricks and I was more emotional/on-the-brink-of-a-menty-b than I think I’ve been probably ever been in the past 13 years. 🤷‍♂️ .

No (conscious) reason why. Just cuz.
