lol. Corporate life is weird because:

Up until last week, I’ve been onboarding someone (over the past 7 months) who is clearly unqualified for the role, I’ve had to jump through hoops to try and help them, and weekly have played the role of corporate life-coach. All the whole they have dampened team morale and most recently have tried throwing other team members under the bus to compensate for their lack of experience.

And as of this week, complete flip of the script. Because now I’m now tasked with documenting all of their mishaps and communications (positive or negative) to begin the process of getting them on a PiP and soft-booting them from the company.

(I live for the drama and fully support this person leaving, but my sensitive little corporate heart cannot handle the cringe of it all).

At 8am I learned there’s a restaurant near me that serves Moldovan food. (My husband has created an itinerary to try every unique food option in a 5 mile radius).

At 6:18pm I can confirm it is certified delicious.
