What's wrong with trick??

We believe he has opened up a pre-existing hole in his tendon. Shouldn't be very long that he is off, just begin cautious. Wasn’t really planning on showing him as much this summer so i could work and then have a fun show season down in california next spring.

How is Trick doing?

how do you determine sizing in jackets? I'm a 4-6 in regular clothes but I have no idea what I'm doing in terms of getting a correctly fitting new one!

Really, every single jacket company sizes differently :( absolutely 0 standard in riding clothes.

Do you keep a fly sheet on Trick during fly season?

He wears an aussie all-arounder during the spring/summer time or any time it is warm enough to wear just a sheet. It is a UV barrier sheet as well as a fly sheet to keep him from bleaching out.

How do you "double flip" braids? Like when a jumper needs hunter braids and you can't pull the mane

you still need a pulled mane to be able to snap the braids up into the neck and for the knots to hold, but a pulled mane can still be long and have a clean bottom line. When you go to “fold” the braid, catch the yarn at the very bottom of the fold instead of 2/3 of the way down and press it into the neck as you pull and they will double flip. The result is a larger top half of the braid as the lower section of the braid is flipped between the outer layer (hence double flip) but they can really accentuate a beautiful neck! (note how the top half of the double flipped braids in the top picture appear to stick off the neck, whereas the bottom picture they lay flat)
