The latest advancements in architectural visualization software featuring some of the most cutting-edge programs in the market today.

In this fast-paced world we live in today, change is inevitable. It isn’t necessarily a bad thing, especially if it’s for the better. The same goes with architectural design. Over the years, it has undergone a massive transformation, especially with the advent of the digital age.
Just like all changes, the great strides made in the industry particularly in architectural visualization software have been met with a lot of resistance. Traditionalists would always revert to traditional methods. Many construction projects even today still prefer 2D drawings over their 3D counterparts; which is kind of absurd because 2D drawings are derived from their 3D models anyway. Not only is it redundantly counterproductive, it squanders every little advancement in architectural visualization software that materialized over the years.

The Zeche Zollern II/IV 1898 - “one of the most beautiful coal mine in the world”
(translated: Zollern II/IV Colliery) is located in the northwestern suburb of Bövinghausen of Dortmund, Germany. The Gelsenkirchener Bergwerks-AG projected Zollern in 1898 as a model colliery.
Ground up construction began in 1898 on a new site. Most of the buildings of the colliery were built in solid brickwork by the architect Paul Knobbe and were completed in 1904 with the central engine house, in which the most up-to-date generators and machinery used in the colliery were housed. The architecture and state-of-the-art technology support the transition of Gothic-revival to Art Nouveau and the industrialization of the early 1900s.

Jennifer Young Studio Branding by Kati Forner
“Jennifer Young is a lifestyle, portrait, and travel photographer fond of human connection, the art of everyday, new places and people, juxtaposition, and finding beauty in the simple. She wanted something minimal, modern and unique that would best represent the essence of her work. Holographic foil was used to bring color into the suite.”
Kati Forner is a Los Angeles based designer, with over 10 years of experience in print, digital, and production. After studying classical design and form at Arizona State University, Kati began her professional career in Chicago working with several design agencies. Three years ago, Kati brought her studio to Los Angeles where she is currently accepting new design opportunities.
