Whew, I'm now recovered enough to go on walks! My plan is to stick with a mostly liquid diet (protein drinks, yogurt, pudding) with only fish and salads as my solid food dinner options for the rest of the month, obviously staying within my calorie limit, and go on 1-2 walks per day. I still get pretty tired easily so it'll probably only be 15-30min walks at least at first but that's better than nothing. Hopefully I'll be able to at least maintain my pre-surgery weight. Come Sept 1, I'll weigh myself and start over with my workout plan.
