On my blog you'll find my artwork as well as reblogs of art that I like. Sometimes I make personal posts tagged as #text or #personal! Mostly I draw wlw and mlm, and I love drawing gnc people and different body types. I draw almost entirely fanart, and for the last few years I've been mostly drawing ffxiv and stardew valley, though I draw other things sometimes too. I also sometimes write, more often now than before! My fandoms are primarily video games!

Have you ever received a comment that particularly stood out to you for whatever reason?

I've gotten lots that stood out to me, and I keep all the ao3 emails for comments I get and also screenshot them to save to a folder to look at when I'm feeling sad 🥺 From people telling me how they felt really seen with the way I write about asexuality or grief, to people who say they've played stardew for years but reading coming around again made them see the characters in a whole new light. There was one person who said they were moved enough to reach out to their childhood friend because of it. Several people have told me that having the weekly updates to look forward to really helped them keep going 🥺 There's too many comments that really touched me to name them all, but please know if you've ever left me a nice comment or nice tags, more than likely your words are among the ones I look back on often. Even stuff that seems simple like, "blorbo from my fics" or "those are my dads!!" or tags talking about how bright Mal's smile is, like, I think about those all the time and I cherish them 🥺

And like, getting away from my fic for a second, I sometimes also get comments on my art where like, people are really happy with the way I draw women, or my OCs, or they're excited when I crawl out of my sdv hole to draw Zenos or estimeric again, or they're happy that I draw plus size characters! I like to save and look back on those too because it just makes me really happy 🥺 I know I sometimes get so in my head and I'm often just.. feeling sad and lame about myself and the things I make, so I hold onto every one of those nice comments/tags like it's keeping my head above water. Genuinely!!!

29. What songs would be (or are) on a playlist for [any of the There's More Room in a Broken Heart stories]? Explain your choices if you want!

Hiii thanks for asking and for being patient! :3 Surprisingly I actually don't have a playlist for the Broken Heart anthology, but there's a handful of songs from my other various playlists that come to mind!

So, the most obvious one is for They call it the season of giving, where I quite literally named it after a lyric in the song Cold December Night by Michael Bublé (surprise christmas in July lol) which is mainly vibes and also just a song I really really like! I had drawn some marupenny art of Penny's love confession set to this song, and then almost a year later I wrote that oneshot and felt it was appropriate!!

And this isn't one that inspired the fic or anything, but every time I think of Together, Miles Apart, or Haley and Alex's relationship in my series in general, make you feel pretty by lovelytheband comes to mind! In the sense of how Alex has been just bending over backwards for Haley for much of their relationship, even at his own expense

Lyn Lapid's Little Island makes me think of Mal in his early teens when he's stuck with his mom and really trying hard to escape in any way he can, so it reminds me of Escape a lot! He's such a dreamer and hides away in his own head a lot, and the song has such dreamy, melancholy vibes while singing about being alone

Nicotine by Bonnie Parker in general reminds me of Mal's second ex, so tangentially it reminds me of Peach Fuzz. It's a song about a relationship that is not only bad for the POV character of the song but it's also pretty dangerous! Which suits the relationship Mal had with that ex to a tee. Also, our friend @benjineedssleep once likened that fic to Your Apartment by Wallows, specifically the parts where Mal is wondering what Alex is doing and what his life is like after drifting apart, which I think does fit to some extent! The fic is a bit more hopeful than the song which is about a breakup rather than just losing touch, but I had to mention it anyway :3

And this is getting long so I'll throw you a curveball for a final entry, with Dangerous to Dream from the stage adaptation of Frozen, which is such a Seb and Mal song to me and fits I'll dance at your wedding nicely. It's a really hard moment for Seb to push through, but it's important to Mal and to furthering their relationship, so he does anyway! And the song is much the same, pushing down feelings to get through an important moment, while inside yearning for this (platonic) relationship that he's locked himself away from for a very long time. I can't believe Sebastian is Queen Elsa, but actually, I can believe that 😂
