why is this isekai manga ripping off an old episode of family guy

Last month I lost my part-time job at a perfume warehouse because my boss made the decision of shutting down the warehouse in my city and moving the company overseas. Here are some of the last work-related photos that I took with my phone: A cat that I saw outside of the warehouse a handful of times, and the covers of two magazines that my boss was throwing away (I wanted to take them for myself, but she didn't offer and I didn't ask).

There's a funny story behind this blurry image of some cartoon animals: Last year, someone on an internet forum about identifying media posted this illustration and claimed that it is based on their memories of a cartoon that was about an animal hospital. The subject got a decent amount of attention, and some people made a serious effort to find the alleged cartoon in question.

It was not until an entire month had passed that the OP came clean and said that they made the entire story up, and that the above image was just of their OCs. Understandably this pissed off everyone else who cared; the right time to admit that this was a hoax was no more than one week after first posting about it. The OP promptly got banned from the forum, and the entire thread got deleted.

I was looking up facts about Cormorants to find a title for this and found out about the liver bird a mythological creature from liverpool that is literally just a cormorant which I find kinda funny
