We probably should have mentioned this earlier, but as is wttpyls tradition, Saturday night there will be a ball taking place during the vacation event!

For those not familiar with wttpyls balls, here’s the downlow: Instead of roleplaying on tumblr during the ball, we go on a website called chatango – it’s basically an instant chatroom – and talk and rp in there. People can still talk and interact on tumblr during the event, but the rp would take place in a separate location than where the ball is. We’ll have a togethertube or plug.dj set up with music being played, too, so everyone in the ballroom can be listening to the same tunes (and, in turn, characters can react to the songs being played).

Of course, even if you’re participating in the Hawaii event, the ball is completely optional to attend! Don’t feel pressured to join in if you don’t do well with chatrooms.

The ball will start at 6 pm EST on Saturday, and last as long as people stay in the room! If you can’t join in right when it starts, don’t worry about it – you can come and go as you like.

((gudetama can turn off its conscious at will, and that’s always when it gets eaten or cooked. it can reawaken in a meal, but never when it’s being prepared or consumed.))

((gudetama can talk to other gudetamas, but they mostly just kind of grumble at each other. i’ve seen gudetamas talk at the same time in the cartoons to people, though.))

((the hivemind takes no effort to maintain, but gudetama’s still lazy anyway. it’s more likely to bug people who eat eggs more frequently.))

((i put a lot of thought into this.))
