꒰୨ ୧꒱ Genuinely the best advice I can give for shifting as someone who has shifted 100+ times is to stick with your gut and stay consistent. That's literally it. Do what you wanna do, don't let anyone dictate YOUR shifting experience, and just have fun with it. Don't stress yourself out, shifting is inevitable, it found you for a reason. if people have shifted on accident, then you can shift too.

if people have shifted during the shifttok misinformation era, then you can shift too.

if people have shifted without a script, then you can shift too.

if people have shifted without even know what shifting is, then you can shift too.

if people have shifted without believing and while having heavy doubts, then you can shift too.

if people have shifted simply by intending to do so, then you can shift too.

if people have shifted while having an absurdly complicated mindset, then you can shift too.

if people have shifted while going through terrible experiences, then you can shift too.

at the end of the day we (or at least i) don't really know what makes someone shift. it can't be belief, intention, or a good mindset because people (including me) have shifted without these. shifting is a highly individual experience that is going to be different for every person.

but i see that as a good message, because you can literally still shift no matter what you do! shifting is inevitable, just don't give up.
