“You found my treehouse!” She jumped down from the porch.
“I guess it does stick out like a sore thumb, since it’s pink.”
“I wanna m-make sure you h-have a good b-birthday. It’s a special day and your r-really fun t-to hang out with ” he than began to think of what they could try to do to celebrate
“Well, if we can get some peppermint bark then I’ll be happy with that.”
"H-hey eight you here?"
“You found my treehouse!” She jumped down from the porch.
“I guess it does stick out like a sore thumb, since it’s pink.”
“I-i am good. Also I-it is? W-wanna do something for it?’ He looked at eight curious of their answer
“I’d love to do something., but you don’t have to do anything if you don’t wanna.”
"H-hey eight you here?"

He smiled warmly “h-how A-are you? I haven’t talked t-to you for awhile ”
“I’m very well, thank you. It’s my birthday today, and I’m very happy that I’m here and not where I was before.”
“How about you?”
It’s her birthday! She doesn’t have many friends and Sixer is still a dick, but at least she’s not where she was before, and that’s all she wanted.

"Hey Mel!" They skipped over to him, holding their violin pink case. "I was getting my violin fixed. Since it's fixed now and I've got nothing else to do, I was thinking maybe we could have that jam session now."
He smiled brightly seeing the other “y-yeah! L-let me go g-grab mine. Man I never had someone to play music with me. ” he began walking to another room to get his violin
“R-really? I-i don’t know… ” he began to see if his violin was in tune “I-i don’t think I could e-even i-if I tried…. ”
“I sure you can, and if you can’t you can always learn. Don’t beat yourself up over it.”
They began to play a song. “The acoustics in here are really good, but I should have expected that from the Prince of Music.”

He blinked slightly as he shook his head “Normally if any of my instruments are in bad shape or something is wrong on of my maids help me with fixing it i-i don’t know how to do it alone sadly ”
“That’s not your fault, you’ve grown up in that kind of environment. Though I’d kill for maids to do things for me.”
They started to tune their violin. “But I’m sure there is something you can fix.”

“I-if you want. I mean you don’t have to” he called out as he looked for his before coming back holding his beloved violin case in his hand before opening it and taking his out. “I-i forgot to a-ask how are you?”
“Coolio.” They dropped the case on the ground and opened it up, revealing a matching pink violin and bow. They took out the bow, starting to tighten it and apply the rosin.
“I’m pretty good. The heater broke in my treehouse, but I already know how to fix it by now. How about you?”
"Hey Mel!" They skipped over to him, holding their violin pink case. "I was getting my violin fixed. Since it's fixed now and I've got nothing else to do, I was thinking maybe we could have that jam session now."

“Great! Should I take mine out here? Or...”
“Ah I play many. But I am also still learning how to play some… My favorite instrument to play is the piano. Since it’s very calm to me at moments ”
“Cool! I play the violin. Maybe we could play together sometime.”
He chuckled a bit and nodded “possibly. I mean I wouldn’t be happy if I was turned into a fox either. But who knows. But I guess whatever turned him into that wanted him to still be able to speak?”
“I don’t know, maybe.” They shrugged. “It doesn’t really matter.”
“So Mel, considering you’re the Prince of Music, do you play any instruments?”
“O-okay… So um Eight… if I may ask.. how is it sixer is able to speak? I never known of a fox what can speak” he questioned the other
“Um...not really sure. He told me once he used to be a demon like me, but for some reason he’s now a fox. Probably why he’s so salty.”
He nodded “alright, thank you also. For being my friend ” he than rubbed the back of his neck grinning
“You don’t need to thank me either, it’s not a big deal.”
His eyes light up in joy as he looked at her “w-were friends? Really? T-thank you. And I will try my best to be a good friend to you!”
They laughed at his reaction.
“Someone’s enthusiastic. You don’t need to try to be anything, just be you.”
“No no no its okay. And that’s a unique name. I-i never heard of a name like that. Or yours. ” he than looked towards her smiling warmly “and this is almost like practice. Since hopefully I can one day meet more new people and be able to make friends”
“That’s a good goal to work for, can’t say I have something as practical.”
“But I think you’ve already made a friend, so you’re right on track.”
