Regarding any confusion you might have regarding this matter, allow us to elaborate. As the acting sovereigns of Haxizabb and it's inhabitants, you are inheritors of their prior commitments as is stipulated in the fine print section V58-c found within the verbal transcript of the verbal contract.

Please find attached the invoice to be paid in full at our earliest convenience either in Energy Credits of a some value equivalent of material.

If you are not able to make this payment, or are able for a monthly payment to be arranged, a local Security Contractor will be dispatch to facilitate payment by alternative means.

A New Beginning for the Thylak Xenos

The struggles of the Thylaks have come to an end. Their foolish resistance has been broken and their last world which they once called Anthras and now has the proper name Trabbxol has been integrated into the glorious Elcon Systems thanks to the efforts of the Freedom Swarm!

Slave processing facilities have already been built in several of the planet's cities and the xenos are receptive to our guidance. President Polfukir Inaverta will visit soon to congratulate the Thylaks on their glorious new life free from the burdens of fending for themselves and to officially appoint the new governor!

Haxizabb pacified

The Thylak-occupied planet Haxizabb which they called Perchromure has been pacified by the glorious ground forces attached to Freedom Swarm. Its denizens are now members of the Elcon Systems and it will be their proud task to contribute to its glory! Construction of processing facilities has begun so that we will be able to teach them proper compliance with the natural order.
