In case you missed it, we’ve been building up a collection of open source DIY designs which anyone can build. These are prototypes for the modified Maestro Fuzztain and the MusicMan HD series preamp. The schematics on the website need some slight updates and the HD preamp has one layout error, but everything works as planned and sounds great.

Bit of a clumsy layout but big boys like the SDD3000 and Vorpal Sword will force that

Polytune -> Whammy Ricochet -> Count To 5 -> Vorpal Sword -> VP Jr -> SDD3000 -> Afterneath -> DM2 -> 720 Looper -> Cathedral

Bastard Sword brother! Awesome to still see the legacy of the Bastard Sword on some boards. I think there were 4 of them made after mine? Can’t remember, but there weren’t many. Always rad.  This is a really solid board too. Never had a lot of time with the SDD3000 but it came off as a better version of VOX’s Delay Lab when I played one last. Good digs. :D

The Dude Incredible is a Harmonic Percolator and stripped-down Intersound IVP in one box. You can instantly dial in Shellac tones and much more. (This was a preorder limited to 35 units. We may do more but the IVP side is getting its own release later this year.)

This is a giant and messy prototype of a pedal called Sending. It's an analog delay with a fully discrete preamp. I don't know if, when, or how this will be released but I felt like I had to make at least one.

Evolution of my board. On a piece of shelving found in neighbor’s trash instead of the cardboard box lid. Sold the big muff and TR2. Picked up the longsword during the Black Friday deal (which was awesome, thanks EAE). I want to replace the Maxon with a fuzz that can get Fripp-style tones a la “No Pussyfooting” but not sure what that would be yet.

Next steps are under-mounting the power supply and velcroing everything.

Hey thanks for sharing! This is pretty cool. Definitely a solid setup and always down with some Longsword love. I’ve seen a lot of DL4s lately and it has me missing mine something fierce.

Rad! I ***think*** you could use a burns buzzaround (or clone) to get close to the No Pussyfooting tone if I remember correctly. Great record.

Finally got myself a model feT and I’m in love. Looking to add a DD-20 and eventually gonna swap the muff out for a W&C box of war.

Working on the backdrop for future videos and what can I say? This is one hell of a wall of amps. Still have an 8x10 and a 4x10 in the other room along with a second Peavey Classic 400. 

Maxwell and I have some gnarly shit.
