When you're stirring the cup you don't notice the dirt in it.. I guess being in comfort really reveals a lot.. how stressed and tired and anxious I am, and how being calm and relaxed is so unfamiliar to me. Noticing how I always have to be there for everything and everyone but when it comes to me, I have to handle everything alone.. I guess I should just continue stirring the cup..
