Summer wardrobe to-do

Clear out old/worn out socks & pants, replace with all ones i feel good wearing

Get barefoot shoes +/ canvas trainers

Replace my harrington jacket with one that actually fits

Sell all the stuff in my sell pile lol it's been ages. Get to it.

I never managed to figure out how to have a capsule wardrobe as someone who likes wearing lots of layers. Especially since I don't want the layers to be all formless/baggy anymore. I used to have a very strict capsule with <30 pieces, idk how many things i have now, but it's way more than that >__>

But back then, all my outfits were kinda like. top bottoms jacket shoes. Done. these days, I have lots of little tops and things I can wear in fun ways, but I wish I still had as few things as I used to......

berries & cream, coffee with cream, orange juice, and a pain au chocolat for breakfast / roll with 2 sausages, coleslaw, tomato + a peach iced tea for lunch / 1 doughnut as a snack / a few bits just now, and I'm gonna share some pasta and red wine with my bf in a bit

I was out walking on mixed terrain for 5 hours. I got some good pictures. that + the biking yesterday are kind of killing my legs...... gonna stretch and do a leg massage before bed :)

The way I can walk like 15km and feel like I must be overeating because I'm only a bit hungry afterwards, so that means I definitely ate 750kcal more than I realised, ok 👍🆗️🆒️

I might have fixed my binge urges a bit. Having that amount of food and knowing I can get more, I kind of didn't need to eat much last night, connsidering how much I did on the bikes (this city is full of hills) and how many sweets there were. yay

I can volunteer there as much as I want because I'm good on the bikes and they really need riders :) we never have to buy food again wahoo

Food I brought home for free .3.

I added it up... roughly £60 worth of food. There were 6 of us, we all took what we wanted, we gave away 8 crates to homeless hostels, and there's still a full fridge, freezer, and shelving unit to give away to whoever goes along today. From 6 shops, only 2 of which are big.

i made a list of 'safe foods'. the concept hasn't made much sense to me until recently... i used to only care about CICO but lately, lots of things have felt scarier. i might try to only buy the things on that list, although i'll continue to take free things regardless

porridge + buckwheat porridge with a cinnamon fibre blend I just randomly found in the cupboard, some strawberry goop and a strawberry (because I needed to use up strawberries)

Later on tonight, i will get food for the next little while, and I'll probably eat a sandwich. I'm gonna try to minimise what I eat out but I'll edit this later with what I do

Edit: 2 yum yums (oops), some veggies, a little bit of bacon, orange juice, a pastry, some berries

Oh yeah today's porridge was 50/50 jumbo oats + pinhead, soaked for 2 hours prior to cooking. Soaking the pinhead oatmeal s worth it, because it cuts down on cooking time by a lot and I think in general, soaking makes creamier porridge. So it's closer to cooking it in milk, without the extra calories of doing so.

I need to find things to do with the jumbo oats - they're really not for me in porridge
