Not trying to trauma dump or anything but I have to eat infront of a bunch of people that I can't stand and I honestly hate eating as it is and the fact that I'm going to be with rude judgemental people NO THANK YOU

I need help with it but I honestly am to awkward/scared to say anything about it

I will get better

but just not today, maybe I can get over this and I'm over reacting but I still will bring it up to my therapist. This isn't good.

Arlington Cemetery

Being in the Arlington Cemetery made me feel like I was at home there is something about being surrounded by death and graves that makes me feel like I am whole and that nothing is missing from me. I love. I just might walk around there one day blasting my screamo music and honestly I think it would be a vibe.

I got to go see the JFK flame which was really cool and I got to go see Ruth Bader Ginsburg's grave which was very surreal. I also thought it was weird how there was a whole gift shop there, but I can't do anything about it.

I really liked being there and some people in my workshop thought it was weird how comfortable I was there. And while I was there I kept thinking about something

"Everyone dies twice, the first time they actually die and the second time is when the memory of them dies"

I do not remember who says that but it is true.

No one is dead unless we forget who they are and what they have done.
