“Right, sorry, sorry.” Indigo rushed over with a small baggie to clean up the mess that Pinnacle had made on the strangers lawn and the last thing Indigo wanted was for people to complain about the oblivious retriever. Grabbing the golden by the collar, Indigo dragged him away from the poop and reached down to grab it with the baggie. “I’m sorry; he’s usually more well behaved.” Indigo apologized to the stranger.
Eli would have stepped into the pile if Indigo hadn’t rushed over, making him realize it was there in the first place. He nodded, smiling politely and waving it off “It’s fine, I could’ve actually stepped in it,” He assured her, side stepping the pile. “You know what, it’s not even my lawn but I’ve heard the man who lives there is real grouchy and loves to be loud and angry. Then again, some people also think he does like magic so, who really knows what to believe huh.”
