This superbe eaux-de-vie ganache is made with a full-bodied XO Fine Cognac from PEYRAT that has been aged 12-21 years in French Oak barrels, it is combined with fresh organic cream, and our specially formulated 50% REGINA™ dark-milk chocolate that complement this well balanced XO Cognac with aromas of vanilla-oak and flavors of honey, chocolate and almonds.
