I was listening to Eli’s playlist, and I feel like the song "protection charm" is the one that reveals the most personal side of him. I think the lyrics show that Eli isn't really the confident, nonchalant guy he presents to the world, deep down, he’s terrified and hollow, and he needs someone by his side to look after and protect him. It also shows that he feels lonely, he tends to surround himself with people or try to keep someone close, yet he always ends up facing that crushing solitude. To me, the final verse represents his mother and how she used to tell him that, no matter what, she would protect him, that she would be there during his darkest moments. It’s ironic, though, because now she’s gone, and he’s left all alone in an incredibly hostile world, without that protective charm

Hi everyone, Here is another model update, for the Ascetic. I'm happy with his design! I added some subtle colors, which I'm trying to do for a lot of the design updates going forward, now that I feel I have some more footing with Ersatz' art direction. I wouldn’t be surprised if I was the first/only person to ask this, but the credit scene in episode 9 with Gangle and Zooble getting freaky, what was the intention with that? Based on what you said before I doubt it’s that they’re dating(unless you changed your mind), like is it fan service, you thought it’d be funny or something else??
