I wish that there wasn’t a ton of stigma and secrecy about mental illnesses/developmental disorders/neurodivergent stuff in general because then it would be okay for someone to ask “are you autistic?” Or “do you have adhd or something?” And it wouldn’t be an insult it would be like saying “hey, you seem to be struggling and I think there might be a reason” and that could help a lot of people who haven’t been diagnosed uet and I’m rambling because I have no clue what my point is and this makes no sense
