My Journey to Skinny

This is my journey to being skinny. I am losing weight in a healthy slow process, I also have a condition called pseudotumor cerebri which is why it is so crucial that I loose weight and keep it off. I enjoy this community for its inspiration and motivation. Start weight was 221lbs (On 9/23/2016) my lowest weight was 150 around December of 2019 (The virus messed me up bad). Currently I weigh 169.8 (as of 02/25/24). My goal is to reach GW1- 150, by November, then GW2- 130by January 2024, then my UGW-110-115 around February or March of 2024. Also I'm 26 and 5'5" for anyone wondering.(: From 111.8-150.2lbs is a healthy “normal” weight for someone with my height based on a BMI calculator.

i don't know who needs to hear this, but guilt, self-hatred and shame are not sustainable sources of growth and healing. you can't hate yourself into feeling better, or being better. you can't repeatedly punish yourself for your flawed humanity and expect wholesome results.
