Alice was freaking out! Even if she looked calm, the truth was that she really was freaking out. “Just relax, Ella will be there, you know it.” Kitty said with a giggle, but, the big question was, is that the truth? Will Ella really be there? Well, deep down, she knew that yes, Ella was going to be there, but she was still scared. And that was why as soon as she music started playing, Alice felt like she was going to throw up. “I need the bathroom.” She murmured to herself, but Kitty giggled once again and sighed out. “C'mon, Agent, show how relaxed you are.” She teased, before she started walking down the aisle, with her older sister. And that was the moment when she saw that yes, Ella was there. And well, a few other people too. Well, not just a few, it was almost as if the whole Island was there, but what was important right now was that the blonde was there, waiting for her. Alice gave her a sweet, but shy smile. It was the first time that Alice was looking all fragile and sensitive, but she was also feeling like she was going to throw up.

The sight of Alice walking towards her was one Ella knew she’d never forget. The other girl look even more beautiful than she did, something Ella didn’t think was even possible. There was something suspiciously like tears clouding her vision, and she dug her nails into her palm of one hand to keep them at bay. She wasn’t going to give Alice the satisfaction of knowing she’d made Ella Baker tears up at something this silly. After what felt like a lifetime, the other girl was in front of her. “You look absolutely stunning,” Ella breathed out.

Two years ago, she was dating someone else. She was in love with someone else. She was… Well, she was thinking about getting married with someone else. But now, now she can only imagine her life with the blonde, and nothing more. She is her everything. While she was getting ready, her little sister joined her, and she sighed out. “NO, Kitty, please, not today.” Of course Charlie was feeling a little sad today. Her family was not there, all of them hated that she was a lesbian, and always thought that yes, this was just a fase and that she would get married with someone else. But surprise surprise, she is getting married to Ella, her best friend since a long time now. “I just came here to give you this.” Kitty said with a sweet smile, and walked over the other blonde, giving her a little letter. “Mom and Dad wished you the best, and are sorry for not being here.” Kitty said as she sat down on the bed, and shrugged. “But… I am here. And… You know, I can walk with you, and give you to Ella…” Without saying anything more, Charlie just got up and hugged her little sister. At least, there was going to be someone for her during the wedding, just in case Ella changed her mind and said no.

Part of Ella wondered how the redhead was doing. Was she as giddy as Ella was, just as nervous? Or was she calm and collected like Alice Wilde always seemed to be? She supposed she could always send Leah to investigate, but someone had to check over her dress and air one last time and it wasn’t going to be her. Far sooner than she liked, her sister was doing a last checkup and then dragging her away from the room she’d been locked in since she arrived this morning. All that was left was waiting, and secretly hoping that it would actually happen, for Alice to walk down the asile.

It was the big day. Ella and Alice were getting married. Something inside Alice just made sense right now, something… Clicked. With a deep breath, she got up and looked around. Of course she was around. Their friends and family made sure to keep them in different places for the last night they were going to spend without being a married couple. But Alice was already missing Ella. IIt was almost impossible to spend a day without actually having her by her side, well, only when Ella or Alice went on a mission. And she hated those days. That was why she already called her boss, and asked him if they could actually start going on missions together. She knew that was a little impossible, normaly, married or just normal couples couldn’t go on a mission together, because they would protect each other, and forget about the mission. With a smile, she looked at heself on the mirror… “Today, today I’m getting married to the love of my life.” Alice murmured to herself, still not 100% sure this was actually about to happen.

If you would have asked Ella Baker two years ago if this day was going to happen, she probably would have punched you in the face and laughed until she cried. She’d spent so much time wishing the sometimes redhead was her’s and after the ceremony she would be. Ella was almost giddy, a state she never thought she’d be in, as Leah dragged her away from Alice the night before and damn near estatic when the younger blonde was helping her into her dress. It was shorter than her mother would have approved of, but at this point Ella cound’t care less about anything other than giving her girl her last name. “Leah, I’m marrying Alice today,” she giggled into her sister’s shoulder as the younger girl moved to fix her hair. “It’s really happening.”

Well, as long as we are together, we are safe, Ella. At least, I think so. Because I would give my life to protect you from dying, so, I think you are safe with me. And c'mon, you don’t like those words, but we are talking about me wearing a nurse outfit, shouldn’t you be excited for this talk?

Yeah, seems to be safer, and we have a big team there, so, why not, right? Also, you just wanna go there to protect my… Butt? What about my face? No, I’m teasing you. Let’s go together!

Of course we’re safer if we’re together, there was never any question about that. And you’d know I’d die for you just as easily if needed. Still, those are terrifying words. I might need you to...distract me from how awful I feel.

Sorry, Alliboo, I’ve only stayed around this long for your butt not your face. Sounds good. When do we leave?

Yes, you did left for weeks without telling me anything, but… At least, you are safe, right? I mean, it’s not the first time you do this. Unless you die someday, I think I can deal with these kind of stuff, you know? Well… I guess that’s something that we should talk about… But yes, why not?

We never know if it’s going to be safe or not, so don’t say that just yet. Oh… Are you saying, you just came back from one mission, and are already ready for another one?

Honestly, I’m probably safer now than I was. We’re agents, we’re never going to be 100% safe, but I promise to do my very best not to die out on the field if it helps ease me going on missions any. Nobody ever likes hearing the words “we should talk”, you do know that right?

Let me rephrase: Sydney seems to be safer. I could be open to one, but only to protect that cute butt of your’s.

I try, I have a lot to make up for. Not really? Just the ribs and my wrist. It’ll heal up eventually. I can be on the first train back if you really want me home today.

Define coming back soon, please? And for how long? Ella… We have a wedding, don’t you think about it? How can I get married with a dead fiancee? Thats my main question at the moment. And hurt like… broken bones? Something?

I’ll be back in town tomorrow and I have no idea n the last part. I guess until I’m needed again is the best answer I can give you. I thought about it, and you, every day I was gone. And I’m not dead, so you don’t have to worry about that part. There’s a couple of bruised ribs and I think I sprained my wrist, but other than it’s just bumps and bruises. Nothing’s broken so that’s a good thing right?

You… Someday, when you come back, there’s not going to be a Wilde waiting for you! Just saying! I can’t even with you, seriously! Are you hurt?

So this wouldn’t be a good time to say I’m coming back soon? Because I’m coming back, maybe not for long, and as much I shouldn’t I really want to see you. Define hurt.

It’s been months since Ella left… And I can’t believe I’m still waiting for you… Sometimes, I wonder if you are dead… We have a damn wedding waiting for us.
