"Being around people for me is like being covered in water in shoved out into the cold, at first you brave it, but the longer you stay the more uncomfortable I get and the more difficulty I have moving."
I had quite the time figuring out what to wear for Cent's wedding and deciding on my old ceremonial judgement set I had worn when I was still blessed with the warmth of the light and a strong beating heart. It fit like it always had, pressed against my skin without limiting my movement. The bandages made it a little tight around the chest but the pressure kept my pain limited. The wedding was to be held in Moonglade so I made my way to Undercity and took the Zepplin to Orgrimmar, looking for my Onyx cloud drake I had tamed in Pandaria. Sure enough he came swooping down and immidiatly curled around me, giving me light shocks of delight. I patted his snout before mounting up with some effort and urged him north to the druid sanctuary. I had to admit, I was suprised Cent decided to have the ceremony outside of Silvermoon but the longer I thought about it the more I thought it suited him better. I flew low over the lake looking to see a famiar face. I never spotted Centari but I did see two blood elves near a large fountain that had been decorated with lanterns and oddly enough fishing poles. I laughed to myself at that. Fishing had always been a favorite pastime of Cent's and it seemed it had followed him though to his adult hood. I dismounted and allowed my drake to take to the skys, reminding him not to draw any storm clouds. I walked slowly down the pathway to the fountain, making it a point to hold myself as if I were uninjured. Keeping to myself I waited for more people to show up. I hadn't realized I'd shown up so early. Little by little people began to show up but I paid them little mind. Blood elves, tauren, goblins, trolls all of them arriving to see my best friend be married. I wasn't very suprised at how many friends he had, ad I knew he was always a social peron, as well as the center of attention. Eventually Centari showed up with his fience at his side. She was pretty but what stood out about the pair was that their clothing was very casual and each had a fishing pole slung across their back. Almost immidiatly they were swarmed by the guests, with contradulations and gifts. I just smiled and hung back, watching everyone. As the crowd dispersed some I made my way Cent, "Quite the crowd eh?" I called out to him and he laughed making his way to me to give me a quick hug "Glad you made it. You doing ok?" I just nodded "Well enough, I wanted to be here for you." He snickered and looked past me, "Ah! Excuse me I'll be right back." without waiting for a response he moved passed me and immidiatly struck up a conversation with a couple, the man holding a little boy, and the woman dressed in the robes of a priest. She smiled at Cent and gave him a warm hug, both of them congradulating him and his wife who reappeared at his side. I just smiled and shook my head, hearing Cent shout for everyone to fish until the ceremony would start. I made my way to the pond, noticing that no one else had headed that way and found myself a twig, pulled a bit of string from my satchel and made a makeshift hook out of a bit of wireing I had found in the satchel as well. I cast my line and waited, before pulling it back, and walking out onto the water, forcing the water to form into ice at my feet, allowing me to walk farther out to begin my fishing after baiting my hook. Solitiude at a social gather, at last I was comfortable.
