hey there! anyone who knows me well would know that that APICO, Mudborne,and now Snacktorio. have have completely taken over my life! I am an artist and your games are big part of what got me into doing pixel art and messing around with making game sprites. So i wanted to say thank you for the joy and inspiration the three games have been to me. If i may id also like to ask a question, as someone who knows nothing about coding, how hard would it be to make a mod to add more hats for the imps?

thank you so much!!! that's so lovely to hear <3 modding new hats wouldn't be too bad, you can technically mod anything as you can override all the game code, just depends on your appetite for reading through it and writing Lua! you'd just overwrite a couple parts of the imp 'class' and make a new hat sprite with more hats!

#i did a very large specific modding API with apico #mainly because i was more limited with that using gamemaker in how you could mod #but even after spending ages writing and exposing so many functions there was still limitations on what you could do #because i cant feasibly expose every single thing #whereas mudborne and snacktorio just load your lua code and the game code in a similar context #so you can just kinda do whatever #theres a few example mods #but also some player mods you could nose at too to start getting an idea of things!

Just over 3000 players so far, 8.5% have earned the '1000 dinners served' achievement, which means collectively all of you have served over 250,000 dinners already!!! That's a whole lotta spaghetti...

It's only now a week before release I think about the unfortunate sprite choice for chocolate ice cream...

#this is actually from a lot later in the game #theres like a whole post-game dessert island #so lots of stuff like cooling and freezing #keeping frozen stuff cool or it melts #and then drizzling on conveyors for stuff like gelato and cake sponge soaking
