Just trying to remind myself that this time last year:

I didn't know if I would have a permanent job.

I didn't think I would ever see you or talk to you again.

I didn't feel like I had a real best friend I could talk to anything about.

I had no support or tools to truly take care of myself.

Now all of that has changed.

I might not be exactly where I want to be yet but:

I have a full time job doing something I love.

The last time we spoke ended on such a high note and I feel like we are finally on the same page.

I reconnected with an old friend who has become a staple in my day to day life.

I have an amazing therapist, nutritionist and a gym membership.

Never give up hope that everything you need is coming your way 🩵
