Today’s workouts
Back at the gym this evening. My current view.
Back at the gym today over looking to woodland.
Finally back at badminton last night after so many months off. Gained few lbs over the last week where I have been busy with work and feeling lazy.
Pushing my gradient up and speed down to work my heart a little harder.
Back to the gym tonight. Gave myself.talking to.
Feel a bit bad I have not contributed much to the step challenge but we are still in front. No thanks to me.
Feel like the last couple of weeks have been like a fog. No energy just don’t have any will power tired. Back and hip hurts. Just so tired!
So a few days in to the month I decided I was not going to try to achieve this challenge and needed a less active month. Just that little to much to try and do.
Did it!!!
Weighed in today 15lbs off!!!!
