PANIC “It’s ok… Just keep telling yourself it’s going to be ok.”

“Breath in.. Let the mind altering air enter your lungs.” It fills all the voids. Head to toe.

“I’m finally at peace” You say in an unsure tone. A waft of anxiety blankets your shivering soul as you scrounge for one small shard of calm.

Scraping the sides of the jar, you find nothing.

“Its ok. It’s going to be ok.” Just Keep telling yourself that ITS GOING TO BE OK.

But how can things be even remotely ok when you’re fresh out of sanity and this recipe calls for one full cup?

You try your hardest to think of a substitution. Some form of contribution in regards to your absolution.

“What can I do?” Nothing. “What do you need?” Nothing. “What will help you feel better?”

a b s o l u t e l y nothing.

Emptiness has replaced all the calm in your once fantastic vessel…

But no one will ever take notice Because having no feelings whatsoever creates an illusion of tranquility, when in reality you’ve become a void.

This is not savoury. This is not pleasant. This life is bittersweet, and unwilling to change.

Stop romanticizing such a tragic story. This isn’t some unique, whimsical candy house you find in the forest… but the dark twisted inhabitance you find inside. And it’s aching to devour you at the first sign of weakness.
