Family gathering

What a truly exciting new addition to this little stable! A while back we parted ways with Fleur de Joie A, a fullblooded sister to Athenica, hoping she would make a mark on the world in her own right. And what a start she had indeed..

When this young gentleman popped up for auction Rika could barely contain her excitement. Jovial AER is the son of Joy and Cosmic Corsair AER, a registered SWB like his dam with a Hanoverian sire. Though the auction offered fierce bidding from several interested parties, Rika couldn't let anyone else bring home this little gem. She offered the buyout price, paid, and Jovial was hers!

It was an anxious few days before Jovial had made the journey to Sweden, and then to Stall Appelhester. But of course, the first thing needing doing was to commemorate the occasion with a quick photoshoot! Pictured next to his aunt Athenica, this young stud is curious about his surroundings but also quite ready for a nap.

Second and only moving up!

Competition season started off strong for the Apple team! Rika and Anna decided to enter the ⁠Maxis Match Association Inaugural Trail Ride, a chance to explore Chestnut Ridge where neither of them had been before. It was an exciting trail ride across a stunning landscape, the best part being the majestic series of waterfalls. Rika's jaw literally dropped and she was at a loss for words. But the best was yet to come.. as they returned back to the starting area the winners were announced, and Annabelle had gotten second place! Dynamo A had carried her securely across deep canyon and loose rock, and now had brought home a spectacular first result to Stall Appelhester. Though Fredrika and Athenica A didn't place she was still mighty proud of her best friend.

Introductory

As summer slowly starts transitioning into autumn, it's time for Hot Pursuit A to show her strut in the show ring! This introductory show is just the thing she needs to get competition experience in under her hooves. Though the show started bright and early in the morning it wasn't Rika's and Penny's turn until just after lunch, when the sun was beaming bright and warm. Sweating through her clothes, Rika kept her focus sharp and carefully guided Penny through the program. There were some hick-ups, especially in the canter portion, but overall it was an effort to be proud of.

We're going big today folks! As a thank you for getting my first s4 posepack up to over 2000 downloads (aaaah!) I'm giving y'all this 4 lot package, for your smaller scale showing needs. It features the main showing ring, a warmup paddock, some overnight stalls and parking as well as a small corral-type area for either a small cross country course or second warmup area! These builds do use cc and packs, so check each image to see what each lot needs to show up as intended. If remodelling isn't an issue for you, then feel free to skip all that stuff and make it your own!

On request the lots have been updated to include their cc <3 The original was built in Newcrest and if you'd like them moved elsewhere you might need to re-arrange terrain paint and other such stuff to have it seamless :)
