At derby tonight we did a drill from hell, full 2 minutes back to back no lapping the track, and I decided to jam to get ready for this weekends scrimmage, and I hit my second wind around the minute mark and didn’t fully give up until around a minute 45 seconds. I’m so proud of myself and the people around me are being super amazing and supportive. I just need to tell more people because I used to get winded and give up before even hitting a minute
