Today’s been really tough, I’ve been sat in the same position for the last couple of weeks for like 16 hours a day and finally my osteoporosis has caught up with me. My shoulders, arms, hands and knees have been causing me all kinds of grief, I’ve just been sad and in pain all day 😞 So I’ve been cycling through my photos to remind myself of some happy, and to remind myself that my body is capable of good things and that I have some truly wonderful people who I call friends. Hay guys, It’s been a couple of days - I’ve been updating literally all technology in my life because we’ve finally got internet.
