i just had the most cursed fanfic idea

the year is 2007. the band panic! at the disco is up in the nevada mountains in a cabin writing an album. then suddenly. ryan ross goes into heat. brendon urie, the only alpha of the group, is conflicted. while ryan resigns himself to a painful heat spent alone in his room, brendon secretly asks jon and spencer to leave. they’re not going to want to hear (or smell) what happens next. spencer to brendon, “are you sure about this? you know he’s never trusted anyone enough to spend his heat with him.” brendon to spencer, “he needs me. and deep down, i think i’ve always needed him.” then they fuck. then brendon bites ryan, giving him his mating mark. AND THEN, the band breaks up.

and that’s the cliffhanger and is all i’m allowing myself to think about. what the fuck is wrong with me.
