Official Hiatus Announcement

So, fun fact, I start my first year of college tomorrow ( September 6th ), so, as you can imagine, things will be rather hectic for me. It’ll take time for me to adjust to a new schedule, but what sucks is the fact that my schedule has a lot of gaps between classes. I don’t necessarily need to bring my laptop to class with me often, seeing that I’m mainly taking art-based classes.

ANYWAY- I’ll be scarce for the most part during classes, maybe just during the morning in general, since I could only get a bunch of morning classes.

Another thing to note is that I’m also job hunting, so if I do somehow manage to get a job, I really won’t have time to be around save for weekends, if that.

Where can you find me if I’m not lurking on here?

I’m putting some blogs on a SEMI-HIATUS rather than a full hiatus–

Note: This is not a permanent hiatus. It is only until I finally adjust to my new school schedule– the three blogs ( soon to be four ) listed above are a surefire way of reaching me, especially on Friday’s and the weekends. To do list: -Rewrite Kouta’s about page ( bump up his age, note his profession, etc. ) -Redo Kouta’s icons with his older fc since that’s the dominant fc now since he’s older than he was in his previous hs verse -Think of  new URL -Edit theme for new URL -New tags???????? But I’m lazy so maybe not

What’s going to be tricky is keeping his previous relations, since his age is going to be bumped up. So, unless we can just ignore the sudden age shift and act as though he were always that age, relations might need to be spoken about.

MITCH. HEY SO. CHANGES ARE COMING TO THIS BLOG.

Due to Noot School sort of dying out ( and I doubt it’s going to be picked up again anytime soon ), I’ve decided to revamp Kouta so his muse doesn’t hit a standstill due to lack of, well, Noot School.

I recently put up a poll asking what I should do with him, and the majority of the votes I got told me to make him a Fandomless OC that doubles as a Model and an Athletic director. Which is kind of what Kouta’s career path was going to be anyway-- part time model and part time Athletic Director or just had some kind of influence over the school’s athletes. Maybe he’s a teacher that somehow gets roped into athletics idk I’m still figuring it out.

ANYWAY those changes will be slow coming-- I have to run out for a bit today so I won’t be able to get to them right away, nor did I really intend to, but as of this moment Kouta is fandomless.

NO PREVIOUS RELATIONSHIPS WILL BE ALTERED OR CHANGED UNLESS ASKED TO BE DROPPED OR CHANGED.

YEE, and i wanted to think about it since i personally love shin and it’s one of the few ocs that i love, so letting him go is not rly what i want. i’ll remake the bio but leave the school in blank, tho he will still play volley … maybe … who knows …

MITCH. Another thing I was considering was like. Bumping Kouta up so he’s a university student or maybe even so far as being a teacher/athletic director in a school as well as being a model.

Again, I just don’t want him being stuck and not developing further???

So I might need to bend a few things and bump him ahead in time.

MITCH. I’m just?? Majorly conflicted bc Kouta loves his team even if they’re not around anymore.

And if he does move he’ll probably just be a bench player. But, honestly, what good does he have sticking around on an empty team?

Maybe if I move him I’ll have him drop volleyball so he can focus on his modeling career. idk.

MITCH. Honestly, I’m considering moving Kouta to a different school, because I love his character too much to drop him, but it just doesn’t feel right to move him?? He’s a noot. Proud to be one and happy to be one.

But he’s also lowkey suffering because none of his friends are around and they were???? a big part of his comfort, in all honesty. The noot dad/mom needs love and care sometimes too, y’know.

The squad isn’t really around anymore.

But he doesn’t wanna leave.

Honestly???? If he does move schools, it won’t do him any good???

He’s a third year and a 6′2″ libero. He’s not going to get much playing time, if any at all.

Then again, Kouta never actually tried climbing the rock wall, so the praise probably doesn’t mean much to Chiba.

Yet, all the same, Kouta wraps an arm around the younger and pulls him close, nuzzling the top of his head with a smile.

“Slow and steady, Shoichi-kun. You’ll get to the top in no time. Just make sure you know how to get down when you do.”

Of course, he’s teasing with that last bit. To an extent.

I have a lot of first year friends, so that won’t matter all too much. Honestly, my reputation doesn’t really suffer-- I’m a 6′2″ libero. That’s reason enough for my reputation to suffer. Regarding the other things... I don’t think you’re annoying? And 3am is definitely the best time for cat pictures.
