Finally we will have some sort of "Even POV season". Even if it is just some clips and for only a week (I hope that at least two) the skam fandom will have what has been wanting for 3 years. A mini experience of the world in the Even's character eyes, for more than one clip. And Skam España has a history of portraying mental illness very accurately so I have high hopes for these clips.

I think Skam España is on its way to give us the best couple in the whole skam universe. All the clips with Dani and Amira are everything. They dont need to touch or kiss. Everything is in their eyes.

Tomorrow skam españa season 4 starts. And then there will be three good Sana season's in the skam universe.

So, I just started Love Victor and LIKE 500 dollars to join the basketball team?? WHAT?? Why do you even have to pay to join a SCHOOL team?? And are like the equipments made of gold?

But is the Magnus character part of the blocked characters?? Because, if not, Skam France lost their opportunity on having a season on Basile, and that is a shame.

The song in the hide and seek is so well chosen.

The lyrics tell all the story of Niccolò and his solitude before meeting Martino. It is important to their season 4 storyline, but it also goes back to season 2, when Nicco spoke about being alone. And then the scene ends with the lyrics "but I long for you now, even when you just leave the room", which is just like Nicco saying that he knows now something else (Marti) different than solitude. And he doesn't want to go back, not even for a little while. Not to mention that the song also speaks about not being able to save your person from your darkest moments, which I believes goes very well with Nicco's BPD.

In another note, the scene and the episode end again on Sana's POV. With that last lyric of the song being both for the niccotino storyline but also for Sana and Malik. Sana likes Malik and now she knows he likes her too. And know she can freely show him that she longs for him and she doesn't want to be apart from him. And also Sana suffers from solitude and grew accostumed to it in her everyday life with her friends, family, school, bullying, and now a love interest. As the song says.

The close up to Rocco's face in the "Somebody that I used to know" scene is like a close up to some greek statue from renaissence. And intercalated with the beauty of Luai's actor face with those eyes and lips. And adding the freckles of Federico. That is like throwing art to our faces. But mostly Rocco's face steals the whole scene followed by Luai's actor face

This has to be the most relatable clip for me in the Skam Universe. The binge. The hiding. The buying. The fucking S.H.A.M.E. For me, I never threw up. But everyone that suffers from an eating disorder understands this clip as it was themselves in Daphné. She was me here.

The procession scene is a masterpiece, in a season of masterpieces

It starts like two diferent believes that colide with each other, and then we see Malik and Sana not knowing how to act in the situation, along with some looks from the people in the procession.

But then the nun gives a light to Sana, which I first interpreted as the nun saying "join this side". Right after, Sana is ver intriged with why she was given the light, and Malik says that maybe the nun thought that Sana was also a nun. And that they are not that different. Of course that is possible that this has a superficial meaning that Sana's hijab is very similiar with the nun's religious habit since it is night time and is somewhat dark.

However, this is Skam Italia and nothing is ever superficial. My understanding of this scene is that these are not two sides coliding, but coming together. The nun (a religious person with another religion than Sana) with the light, Malik (a non religious person that once had the same religion as Sana) with the comment on how they are not that different, saying that no matter what your thoughts are on religion, at the end, even with clear differences, we are all people and we cant meet somewhere with tolerance and understanding of/for each other. Sana is listening and maybe learning at the same time as we are as viewers. That in our core as humans we are not that different, despite our believes.

And I think that that is beautiful.

Time to rewatch Skam Italia season 4, but this time with subtitles. If it was powerful without substitles, I am expecting something beyond with them.

Just finished the season. Skam Italia truly is the best remake. Just thinking that this season might not have happened. That would be such a crime. I dont even know italian. All that I know is from this show aand the fact that I am portuguese and I can connect somethings. It just shows the power of this remake. No one does it like the italians.
