( OPEN TO M/F/NB ! BASED ON THIS !
coming down from a high ( and bomb-ass sex ), leaves stormie twisted up in a bed that wasnât hers, sweat glistening on her face and pooling under the ponytail she had hastily put up moments ago. she purrs as she twists her body to stretch out, eyeing the figure beside her. her chest is still heaving, air still somewhat catching in her throat as she takes a few moments to chill out. â that was, well . . . that was whoa. â   Â
like for a wishlist based starter !!Â
( OPEN TO EVERYONE ! based on this !Â
"no, thereâs no way you did that ! â her eyes go wide matching her smile. cold linoleum presses against her shirt as she leans against the red and white tabletop ( theyâre supposed to be whispering, so that means sheâs required to lean in as close as possible, of course ). âwouldnât that hurt?â she would be the absolute definition of heart eyes if she wasnât trying so hard not to be. although, sheâs never really been good at hiding what her brain and heart were feeling. that was evidence by the harsh â CUT â that echoed through the room they were filming in. before she realized it was regarding them, she raises an eyebrow at the male across from her and giggles, âi thought we were doing a good job this time.â Â

Tweety hates that his voice has gone soft, thatthere is some sort of acknowledgment between the two of them thatsheâs in a vulnerable state. She wants him to turnher around and yell at her â scream curse words andconfront her about being a horrible mother. Call her dangerousagain, say he wished someone else wouldâve been the one hehad his child with. Because then she couldâve gotten angryat him too, responded with words just as heated. But instead,he was being kind and all it was doing was drawingthe tears from her eyes to spill down her cheeks, though she kept her backfacing him, avoiding looking at him at allcosts. Though her strong shoulders slouch and itâs as if sheâsshrinking in on herself. âyou take him, okay? Take him to Ireland.Iâll figure things out here, take care of this. i canât leave if itâs not fixed, but he needs to get out now. Then Iâll meetyou there, okay? Please?
âand leave you here to feel sorry for yourself and get killed? stop treating things like theyâre all or nothing. come with us, get a level head, make a plan.â he stayed quiet for a moment, making sure their son was still in his room, rather than out of sight and eavesdropping. âhe has two parents, iâd like to keep it that way, and iâm sure he would too.â because the way this was all affecting her was obvious, and he couldnât even begin to fathom to consequences. tristan reached out and placed a hand on her shoulder before tugging her closer to him, brows briefly furrowing. âwe could tell him weâre going on vacation, i doubt heâll have any questions.â

Tweety lets out the smallest of sobs as she feels his hand touch hershoulder, then sheâs being tugged into the danger zone. That comfortablespot against his chest where, despite her best efforts, she justmelts every time. Despite the fact that they both can becold and calculating, that one spot is the warmest, safest, most welcoming space in the world. But not right now, shecanât be weak right now. She fucked up, put their son in danger, left Tristan out of the loop of their son being in danger. Sheâs theworst â messing up her family, putting everyone in danger. She doesnâtdeserve to be weak right now â sheâs supposed to be strong, fearsome, ruthless. But then sheâs taking a step backwards soher back is pushed against his front and the tearsare freely streaming down her cheeks. âIâm no good atthis.â
dcgausscr:
âi never said you were helpless. but we both know you didnât have a real plan âjust getting him outta hereâ isnât a plan.â and if there was anything he was good at, it was planning. heâd made a career out of being meticulous (and murderous, but that was irrelevant in this case), and even his backup plans had plans. âstop trying to turn this into a competition, itâs not about one us being able to do it better than the other, itâs whoâs best to do it given the situation. you trying to take him when youâre the one whoâs in trouble is a bad idea, and if the situation were reversed youâd be telling me the same.â though he was caught off guard by the break in her voice, her apology nothing short of shocking. âweâre supposed to be a team, tweety,â his voice significantly softer than before. âjust stop tryinâ to play dictator.â
Tweety hates that his voice has gone soft, thatthere is some sort of acknowledgment between the two of them thatsheâs in a vulnerable state. âwhether thatâs what you were trying to do or not, thatâs what you were doing â and you tried to lie to me about it too.â he could understand her drive to keep their son safe, because as a parent all you want more than anything is to protect your kid from everything bad in the world; but her mistrust in nearly everyone left room for error, allowed for situations like this, and it wasnât in his nature to sugarcoat anything. âyouâre not intentionally dangerous, maybe. but if youâre trying to say you donât almost constantly have a target on your back then youâre not being realistic.â tristan felt guilty for a moment, he hadnât intended to upset her, but she had to see the mistakes she was making, right? that he wasnât just being unreasonable, that his anger was justified? âif you take him with you alone when things are the way they are then youâre putting him in danger.â and like he said, there was no way he was going to let her take him. âso, weâll get to ireland, weâll make sure heâs safe, and then weâll make a plan for dealing with the mess weâre leaving behind. deal?â
Tweety didnât wantto look over at him, not because she would be afraidof what she saw in his eyes, but because of what hemight see in hers. If they donât make eye contact, she canmaintain her usual straightened back andstiff posture complete with the defiant jut of her hip. However, if hecould look into his eyes he wouldâve been able to see the glossing overof her brown eyes with tears and the slight quiver of her upperlip. âIâm not helpless, you know . . . if I could just, get him out of herethen I couldâve kept him safe. I wasnât just going to go andwait to get attacked, I can keep him safejust as well as you could. I didnât â I just didnât . . . juststop, okay? Iâm sorry. â She trulydoesnât know what else she could say.
dcgausscr:
âthen donât talk to me like you can just drag our son off somewhere without discussing it with me first.â he couldnât help the scoff of disbelief that escaped him, and she was making it increasingly difficult not to express how angry he really was â but the last thing he wanted was for their son to hear about this. âunlike you, i have a plan, and when this problem involves our son it becomes my problem, and considering the danger comes from you, thereâs no way in hell iâd let you just take him tweety.â
âi wasnât -- thatâs not what i was trying to do.â her words donât make any sense to anyone but her. well, not even her. the words donât exist for what was going through her mind. all she could think of was getting her son out of this city as fast as she could, with little to no thoughts concerning anyone else. it was wrong, she knows, had understood that as soon as she saw tristanâs reaction to the news she has just shared. âiâm not -- iâm not dangerous.â the words are whispered as she turns away from him. âheâs my son. iâm not putting him in danger.â

his arms crossed against his chest, a brown quirking at her confession while he made an attempt to stay calm â or at least not to express the wave of irritation and anger that had washed over him. he hoped she wasnât dumb enough to let their sonâs well-being hang in the balance, that this was a fairly recent development. âweâll talk about this on the plane,â he deadpanned. âi think weâll be better off in ireland for the next couple of weeks.â
âDonât talkto me like you control me.â Sheâs stubborn, and while of course theirsonâs safety is going to come first to her, that wonât stop herfrom being her usual self. âWeâre going to go â but we need a planfirst, we canât just leave without a plan orsomething.â Her arms cross against her own chest, mimicking his stance. âthis is my problem, let me figure this out. You cantrust me with him.â
dcgausscr:
âa convention?â he shot her an expectant look, waiting for her to elaborate. a convention hardly sounded like the place for a toddler, and whatever this mystery convention was certainly didnât warrant pulling him away from his friends for three weeks. sure, their occupations were atypical at best, but that didnât mean their son didnât deserve a shot at normalcy.
âa convention about â oh,fuck it nevermind.â Her hands find their way to her face, rubbing viciously as she tries to bring her pulse back to anormal beat. She knows the backlash for this isgoing to be nothing short of a migraine, but itâs about time. Sheâsnot completely ridiculous, she knows she needs to be upfront about anydangers that are presenting themselves. âheâs â Iâm . . . Iguess, weâre. . . in danger.â
