Hiatus

Alright, so I'm sticking this blog on a hiatus. I have very little muse for Raven anymore, and I have other blogs with stronger muses that need more attention. If ya want to, go bug me on my Slade or Argent blog.

Starfire sat up, rubbing the back of her head, her eyes adjusting from the light. "Please, what was meant to happen? I do not feel any differen-oh!" Starfire stopped abruptly. From rubbing the back of her head she had felt her hair, which seemed a lot shorter than usual. Looking round at Raven accusingly, as she thought Raven had cut her hair off, she gasped.

In Ravens place was her, Starfire. Looking down at herself, she realised that she was dressed in Raven's cloak and leotard. "Raven… I am you, and you are me!" She exclaimed, a sense of déjà vu coming over her.

Raven was a little out of it, to say the least. As she sat up, rubbing her head- wait, her head? She had her hood up before. She opened her eyes and looked at her red hair and her orange skin and suddenly everything was much more clear than it was moments before.

"Of course, this would happen again," she complained, crossing her legs and putting her head in her hands. "This wasn't even close to the effect of the spell, there isn't even a spell like this in the book! How could I have messed up so badly?"

"It is my wish for you to get better at these spells, and so I shall help in whatever way I can!" Starfire replied eagerly. On a softer note, she added; "Besides, we have not spent much of the time together recently, and while I understand you enjoy your own company, I believe it is good for you to have a balance." She crossed her legs in the air into a sitting position. "So please, do whatever you wish to do!"

"Well, alright," She flipped to a page and found a spell, one that is supposed to allow others to feel the emotions of the one their linked to. Spells involving emotions were.. tricky. Despite this, though, she'd try the spell. Focusing on the words and the instructions, she carefully moved her arms in a complicated gesture. Murmuring a few indistinguishable words, a blinding light erupted from her fingertips, knocking the two back onto the ground. The light diminished and Raven slowly opened her eyes, a groggy feeling overcoming her.

He watched her eat and was pleased when she nodded. He smiled then took a bite of his waffle after he cut it.

She looked up briefly, raising an eyebrow at the changeling before shaking her head and eating. Between bites and sips of her tea, she'd glance up at him with narrowed eyes. As she neared the end of her course, she spoke again. "Are the others still not up?"

[ Her eyes widened and she found herself unable for form a coherent sentence anymore. She squeezed her eyes shut as a light bulb somewhere broke, but she couldn't find herself able to care. These things Beast Boy was saying.. they were too much and she couldn't find herself able to control her emotions anymore. She opened her mouth to say something, but only a stuttered vowel appeared. ]

"Please.. stop.."

[ It was half-hearted, but she hoped he would listen. ]

He made waffles and set two plates to the side. He put two on each and set them on the table.”They’re done”he hoped they tasted good. Garfield wanted Raven to try them first before he did.

She set her tea cup down and took the plate, muttering a thank you as she picked up her utensils. She cut a piece from the waffle and tentatively put it in her mouth. It wasn't bad, not like Cyborg's but not bad. She gave a grunt and nod of approval as she continued eating.

(He is to shy to haha) Imagine the woods, Without a tree, Imagine the rivers, Without the sea, Imagine yourself, Without me, Imagine how lost, I would be.

"I.. I understand, Beast Boy but.."

[ She shifts on her feet, glancing about the room. ]

"I just don't understand how.. how I feel about this.. right now. Forgive me."

[ She spins on her heel and walks away quickly, unsure about the sudden attention from the changeling. ]

"Beast Boy.. if you have feelings for me you should tell me yourself. These poems and songs are cute and.. and I get it but.. it'd mean more if you said it yourself."

Christmas time is here again I wish you only knew, How special Christmas is this year Because I am with you. After he got done making the waffle mix,he plugged the waffle maker in and pre-heated it.”I’m gonna get you to laugh today,”He then poured in the mix and shut the half to cook the waffle.

Raven stopped mid-sip to look up at him. Where did that come from? She brushed it aside, remembering him having said something similar before, but to no avail. "Good luck with that," she murmured half-heartedly as she took another sip.
