**Yaaaay a update! Its a shortish update just to get the juices flowing. It's been a minute huh? I apoloogize. I won't lie I forgot about this story. With life and both my jobs I've been lacking. I'll try to add this in my rotation of updates. -Nita**
So Marcus met my mother and boy did she grill his ass. That’s so embarrassing! There wasn’t anything I wanted to see at the movies so he took me to skyzone. “You are not goin’ tah out flip me.” He chuckled putting on his sky socks. “I will and if I do you owe me pizza!” I grinned and he smirked.
“Deal lil bit.” We stood and shook hands.
It being kind of late nobody was here so we could flip from trampoline to trampoline. Even though it’s against the rules the workers didn’t mind since there were no little kids around.
Marcus did a few high back flips then started jumping on his toes. I started jumping a little higher and threw my legs out into a herky when I came up the first time then did a few back flips.
“Maine that ain’t nothing! Watch this!” He waved me off and did a back flip off the wall. I didn’t say anything I got on the longer trampoline and did a cartwheel with a few front flips and ending in a back flip. I posed with my legs crossed and hands on my hips. He just kind of stood there wide eyed.
"Did we really sit out here until one in the morning?" I laughed as he draped his arm around my shoulder. "Mhm, but it’s aight. You just like a nigga that much." He teased causing my cheeks to burn slightly.
"I could’ve done all this out of pity for all you know." He looked at me and chuckled before rubbing his chin hair. "True, but you didn’t." He smirked and I bumped him with my hips. The ride back home was pretty quick and silent.
Once the car pulled up in front of the house I noticed all the lights were off. He turned the key back to shut off his car. "Stay right there a second." He said before getting out the car and jogging around the front to my side.
He opened the door and reached for my hand to help me out.
"Thanks." I smiled stepping beside him so he could close the door without hitting me. "No problem. I told you I’m a gentleman when I take a girl out." He smirked leaning against the car.
"That you have been. I really enjoyed your company." I found my cheeks burning slightly from being under his gaze. He placed his hands on my waist to bring me right in front of him. His hands slid down to my hips and licked his lips in a way that seem to be hypnotizing to my eyes.
"I really enjoyed hanging with you too baby." His southern accent made my knees weaken. "Can I ask you sumthin’?" He asked and I nodded licking my lips slightly.
"When can I take you out again?"
"Just let me know when and we can make it happen."
We smiled and he pulled me into a hug. The cologne he was wearing filled my nose and it made me grin a little harder. With a arm wrapped around my waist we walked to the front door. “Maybe tomorrow we can chill at the mall or sumn’.” He bit his bottom lip and I could see his nerves finally get to him.
“Yeah I would like that.” I looked at him through my lashes. I really didn’t want to go inside just yet and I was trying to think of something to say, but my thought process was cut short when he used his fingers to tilt my head upwards; making our lips meet in the middle.
His lips felt so warm and soft against my lips; I could even taste the mint on his pallet from the gum he was chewing. I could feel my body tingling all over never had I have a kiss made me feel this way. Reluctantly breaking away from the kiss I felt myself blushing harder.
Turning around to unlock the door I stepped inside.
“Goodnight Marcus.” I smiled leaning against the door.
“Goodnight baby girl.” he winked before jogging to his car.
Once he was inside safely I closed the door and locked it back before quietly making my way upstairs. I couldn’t help the smile that tattooed itself on my lips as I undressed for bed.
Opening my eyes from a relaxing slumber I couldn’t help to smile.
Stretching I whined and yawned before grabbing my iPhone and check any notifications I might have. I saw reblogs from tumblr, facebook games, and even some text messages.

Deciding to text Marcus back first I did just that with something simple but cute. Then I went ahead and texted Bella. It’s entirely too early for me to be trying to talk to anyone on the phone. After emptying the contents of my bladder and washing my hands I went downstairs to find my mother in front of the stove.
“Morning Momma.” I went straight to the fridge for some orange juice.
“Morning. How was your date last night?” She hummed doing whatever it was she was doing. “Good. I really had a good time.” I smiled biting into an apple. She looked up from the pancakes she was making to glance at me.
"I see. It’s all over your face."
"We’re supposed to hang out again today." I informed and she scoffed. "Ain’t even got a man yet and leaving me in the dust!" She huffed being over dramatic. "Ma! Hush!" I laughed throwing away my apple core. "Don't tell me to hush! I'm just messing with you. He seems like a nice boy. Just be careful you hear? I don't need any grand babies anytime soon." She sipped her green tea then let out a faint ahhh as she made her plate.
"What you trying to say?"
"Boys at that age have a one tracked mind and they look for innocent sweet girls to get what they want."
"I know this already though. I've made up my mind about sex and its not happening until I feel as if the person cares for me as much as I care for them."
"Good. You hold on to that and trust your gut." She smiled and slid me a plate with some green and red grapes on the side. I smiled and said thank you before saying a silent prayer. I'm thankful that me and my Mom have a somewhat close relationship. I don't tell her everything, but I'll tell her just enough.
I trust myself enough to make the right choices for me.

"Girl! Do you not understand how big this is! Marcus fucking Alsina is dating you!" Bella squealed going in her native tongue; saying things I didn't understand. Laughing at her excitement I continued to apply the hair mask to hair. I have a few hours to kill before going out with Marcus again so we decided to do a mini spa day.
